Partner
Morani Stelmach is an attorney at Stelmach & Stelmach, LLP practicing business and real estate law, both transactional and litigation.
Morani received her B.A in Communication along with a Minor in Art History from University of California, Santa Barbara and her J.D. Degree from Southwestern Law School. After graduating law school, Morani gained experience in family and real estate law, but primarily engaged in appellate practice involving both criminal and civil cases.
Morani is licensed to practice in California state courts and federal district courts in the Central District of California. She is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, and a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Rea Stelmach, Esq.

Rea Stelmach is an attorney at Stelmach & Stelmach, LLP practicing business law, real estate, and civil litigation.
Rea received his B.S in Business Administration from San Jose State University and his J.D. Degree from Southwestern Law School. After graduating law school, Rea was an associate attorney at several Los Angeles firms, where he primarily handled cases involving business law, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy.
Rea is licensed to practice in California and Washington state courts, along with federal district courts in the Central District of California and Eastern District of California. He is a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Association.
